Lunar Eclipse!
Okay I wanted to stay out and watch this last night, but it just got so windy! It really wasn't that cold out but with the wind, it just made it that much colder. I tried staying out for a bit, but with just that little my throat started feeling scratchy. So I ended up leaving and just going back to check on it regularly. Mind you, these aren't the best photos - all I've got is my brother's digital camera.
All in all, it definitely was neat to watch. You could see the shadow flicker and it would grow and then recede, kinda like a candle. I didn't get to see an actual total eclipse though, by this time it was already about 3 in the morning and I couldn't stay up much longer. I look forward to see if some of you lovely f-listies post some of your own photos as well.
