I love being lied to.
Seriously. And my sis seems to be pretty good at it too.
So, how many of you guys got one of these babies?
So, since Season 5 of Supernatural was coming out today, I figured I'd go check Best Buy's website to check what price they were going to have it at - that way my sis could pick it up for me on the way home. It was supposed to be my (late) birthday present, just like Season 4 was last year.
So I head to the website, and I see they have this exclusive, while supplies last, keychain of the Impala. So I call her up and tell her about it, so she says she'll stop by on her way home to see if they have it in stock. Then she calls me back - first to tell me that apparently people had been stealing them off the boxes, since they were only taped to the front. Then she called again because she was going to call another store to see if they had it, but she told me one of her co-workers was looking for it too, so she asked him if he found them, to buy one for us too (even though she had already bought another copy because she was afraid of them selling out - she said it was one of 3 copies in the store). So I'm crossing my fingers that he'll find it, and she calls back to tell me they ran out. Bummer. Well, I tell her thanks, and to tell her co-worker thanks for trying.
When she gets home, she pulls out the DVD's and I'm like, super excited. Apparently she knows me all to well, that I was about to start opening it while saying things like "EEEEE" and "THANK YOU SO MUCH" - so she says "Hang on. Wait." And she starts pulling something else out of the bag. And already I know what she did, and what's coming. "YOU LIED..." o__o And she laughs, while pulling out the other box set with the pretty little Impala attached to its front side.
So yeah, I like being lied to. Very much so. I'm a very happy fan girl now, because I finally got to watch the gag reel. Loved the leaf that landed right on Jensen's nose HAHA SO CUTE then it blows away after a few seconds, haha. Oh, and him constantly trying to light the lighter, that was good stuff too. Need to watch that again soon.
