[Ruby opens the door and steps aside, letting Faith in. She's already got a fire going--it's pretty much a 24/7 kind of thing in her room. There are blankets and pillows tossed on the floor too. It's possible she sleeps next to the fire. There's also a veritable hoard of junk food]

Pretty much. Running a body takes a lot of energy, even more when there's a foreign host running the show, and since I can't die, I only boot everything up enough to keep the body from decaying. That's why I stay room temperature, my heart beats at about half the rate yours does and I only have to breathe every half hour or so.

Without the body, I'm just oily black smoke.
