*KABLAM!*

Here I am!

Yes, I am alive.
Yes, I have updates.
Yes, I will fill you in.

Here we go!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-I changed my minor from speech to education. I'm glad I took the speech classes that I took, but I'm much happier with education. It's given me a whole new area to preach on! *laughs* More on that tomorrow. I'm going to go over as to just why America's public schools are failing. Controversial? You bet. Eye opening? I wept when I learned these things for myself. With that said, I'm going to dissect the very roots of the issue. Fun stuff, I promise! Check here again in 24 hours for lots of mayhem!
-I'm still trying to come up with a new name for my next journal. I'm playing around with the name, "Heartwashed". I'd like honest votes on that from all you faithful readers, so be sure to log in your votes ;)
-Greek is getting a lot harder. We've been translating verses out of 1st John, and it takes a really long time. Alas, if I want to be an expert preacher boy, I've got to learn this stuff. *grins* I like to think of it as sharpening my sword.
-I'm working in the PrintShop (A Beka Book, which is a corporation that works in conjunction with my college) on campus this semester. I'm very thankful for A Beka Book, especially since it pays for 2/3rds of my tuition like it does every other student (My school bill, after everything is said and done, is only about 10,000 a year). The pay isn't that great, but it's interesting getting to work with books on the mechanical level. I never thought I'd get calluses from paper, of all things! Speaking of the printshop, today I stood next to a stack of books that represented over a quarter of a million dollars in gross profit. Get this, these were, in the opinion of management, just some bad copies being thrown away.
*faints*
I can't even imagine how much money A Beka Book makes.
-I'm still single, and I'm happy that way. Women can be such expensive little creatures! =Þ
-Guess what? I'm going to be on TV! My Campus Church had Missions Conference earlier this week, and all of the Ministerial Class got a chance to sing =) It will be on the Rejoice Broadcast, so if any of you have Satellite TV or happen to get that channel, let me know and I'll see if I can find out the specifics as to when it will air.
-I turned 21 on February 12th. Alcohol? Don't make me laugh, I hate the stuff.
Didn't do much celebating, but I did get to spend time with a few good friends. That's a good enough celebration for me =)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Well, I think that's enough rambling for now. See you tomorrow, Journal!
