Regarding Crowley, Allen usually lets his pranks go because other than annoying- they are for the most part harmful. This one he called pathetic since Crowley was literally...making bets on people's lives for his own entertainment. That's not cool to Allen (once again, people getting hurt for his own benefit). And he is someone who will hit below the belt if he has to, he started calling Timothy who he knew he was a child that they were the worst person EVER and he does a lot of petty things to Kanda. Allen, while a good guy, isn't the nicest and is not above being a complete immature brat.
However I will keep in mind about making sure he doesn't get too negative towards his friends. The past few months have been a bit hard since...most of the stuff going on was negative. But now that most of that plot stuff is past, I'm hoping to turn that around. I hope these things make sense and I'll be sure to watch out for this stuff more in the future!

I can't...recall ever doing anything that is romance novel like beyond eye contact which he does with lots of his CR. But that's probably just semantics and personal prefs. I myself do try to avoid the overly sappy/cutesy stuff like "pancake kisses"- but some people dig that. As for Allen being submissive...I definitely don't intend for him to be that way, just lately Arthur hasn't really done anything that would merit Allen getting pissed at him- so not much I can do there. Meanwhile the breakfast thing? While it didn't get threaded out, Allen did punch Arthur in the face during a brawl. Some sort of large apology is required for that in any relationship. BUt I'll definitely keep an eye out for Allen being submissive and such. We haven't had too much chance to thread the past few months due to schedules and such- but we're hoping to do so more soon and maybe things will even out.
Regarding the PP, I did warn people a month before he left that it was likely to happen in the CR meme and I personally talked to Yuan-mun (Sylvia) to make it clear it wasn't for OOC reasons. I'm one of the people that helps Sylvia organize stuff with the PP (thus why Allen not being in the PP makes my life hard), so I did make sure it was very clear that it was IC reasoning vs OOC bleeding into IC. :)b
Your argument is very rational and logical about why Allen shouldn't have gotten mad at Ino or about Leroy. But that's the exact problem: Allen is not rational or logical. He is emotional, impulsive and temperamental. He is not one to sit and weigh all the evidence before getting mad or analyze the wording- he reacts to what is in front of him. Sometimes he says stuff that is wrong or comes off as very judgmental (like when he starts saying that sacrifices in war are pointless - and Kanda justifiably punches him). Ino was saying stuff that sounded very dismissive of people's lives, he reacted as a lot of people would. He didn't have a speech ready, he says that kinda speechy stuff all the time in canon.
Unfortunately that thread was so long ago, I can't honestly tell you what was going on with Allen at the time that made him more temperamental towards Crowley (though I know there was more too it than that, since I remember Crowley and Allen's relationship being rather tense at that point but I can't effing recall why). But I know I can say I will try harder to make it clearer why Allen is snapping at someone that he doesn't usually in brackets and such- since I need to remember people don't know everything going on with Allen.

As for implying too much things, I completely agree with you. The past few months have just been rather bad about that with being able to finish threads or what not for tons of different reasons I rather not get into. But I will definitely talk to Arthur-mun into making sure more of our stuff gets threaded out.
And regarding Allen's relationship with his friends, I will keep that in mind and either act more carefully about his anger or making sure it's more clear why he's mad. He doesn't think that Ino is the worst person ever right now, he's just...kinda pissed at her. And I know that there was more to it about the Crowley thing, I just simply don't remember at all since that was months ago. But I will make a point of making things clearer in the future, thank you.
