+Breathing & Dissolving practice 15min
-Had little problem clearing my mind and began relaxed from my walk. Found no tensions in my body to focus on while doing the basic dissolving scan.

-I relaxed in the chair downstairs with a lump of cat in my lap and reached out to the elemental plain of water. I made it there and called out but no one answered. I spent some time floating around before coming back.

+Pathworking - Sanctuary - p54-58 Ted Andrews
-I created the light bridge, I felt clumsy as I moved my concentration from my heart to my third eye I felt the circuit close and connect. I hesitated then went on to creating inner sanctuary. There is a large gazebo spanning the clearing the pillars in the trees. I saw my house in the valley then looked up to the mountain.
I saw a light coming down and stopping at the edge of the clearing. I went to it and welcomed it in. I said hello and she smiled as she said hello to me. As we talked the glow went from white to red and blue. I asked her name and she said Key. Her name is Key. I asked how long she had been around me and there was no answer. I asked why she was with me and she said, transformation. I had a series of images of things that are changing. I got the impression that she wanted to help me through them, and images of possible futures I had been thinking of.
I asked how I would know she was near. I felt a cool breeze but it is a breezy day.
I thanked her for being with me as she pulled away and slipped back into the forest. "Change need not be solemn, you can have fun with it.' Came to my mind as she left smiling. Something else she said was to continue Doing. Don't stop reading but to remember doing was important.
-I have noticed that for a bit after trancework things around me seem crisper, colors more defined.
