I haven't done one of these in forever. So, here ya go:
1. My username is savannahjan because back when I was first venturing out on the internet, I had read the book Prince of Tides. This was back in my emo days. And I "identified" *eyeroll* with Savannah, the suicidal sister in the book. J-A-N are the first three letters of my middle name, and it just sounded good, so that's how my name came to be. I've stuck with it because I haven't felt a need to change it. *shrug*
2. My name is Kristin because my parents were watching Dallas back in the 80s and thought the name was interesting. I wasn't named after the woman who shot JR, but that is where they first heard the name.
3. My journal is titled "Where do I go from here?" because I love the song "State of Mind" by Merril Bainbridge and that is a lyric I often quote to myself. I relate to that song. Because often in my life I have felt lost and wondering if I'm on the right path. You should definitely listen to the song. It's beautiful.
4. My friends page is called "People Whom I Harrass" because well, isn't that pretty self-explanatory? I just thought it was kinda silly. *shrug*
5. My default userpic is a shot of Reese Witherspoon from Legally Blonde because well, first of all, I love that movie. I like this shot because it is obviously just a set picture taken after the cameras were off. She's beautiful. The facial expression can be used for many things. And yea, I kinda wish I looked like her. *sigh*
