(no subject)
It's been a weird, busy year. First, I cleared out my basement so I could move the rest of Mom's stuff to be sold here from the in-laws' house. That took eight months, on and off. I was so burned out afterward that I didn't bother having a late-summer/early-fall sale (well, also, this is the busiest time of year for the spouse's bike races and I'm not doing a sale on my own!). I'll have a sale next spring, then donate the leftovers, I guess.
I've been cleaning out the rest of my house too. It got pretty messy in that year I didn't clean much after my mom died. I joined some online cleaning support groups which have really helped motivate me and taught me how to manage my spoons for cleaning. I'm also trying to get pregnant so I'm hoping the house will be clean and manageable by the time I have a baby.
The spouse and I are re-watching Deep Space Nine now, which we got on DVD a few months ago. Then, after he goes to bed, I watch Farscape. This is my fifth or sixth time through and I keep noticing new things. I'm also reading some Farscape blogs and several Farscape books as I watch. I'm almost done reading the Farscape comics too.
I've read 61 books this year and I'll post a list soonish.
