Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, poor Draco! I'm sure Cedric would have been very nice to him if he had asked him. And then they could have start to slowly develop their relationship and... Sorry. It's so sad for Draco, but he must learn to always try. *pats Draco's back*
