(no subject)
So I feel like i haven't done a "real" blog in a while. I just haven't felt like it..lol...weird eh?
Anyway, I love my new apartment. The place is HUGE for just me but that's okay. Makes it easy for people to come and visit *hint hint* I'm really close to Greenwood so pretty much I have everything within a 5 mile radius...most of the places I need to get to, I can walk to. That's nice.
Speaking of walking, I went walking today and figured out why we have soooo many geese EVERYWHERE. There's a lake at the complex right next to mine. You can't see it from my complex because there's a line of trees but it's like RIGHT THERE. Crazy.
Job is still going well. I'm making the adjustment slowly but surely from the great outdoors to my cubile in flourescent lighting. More youth events are starting to come up and I'm gearing up for those...which will be a blast. By the way...Salvation army youth...S.A.Y. Cafe is October 13th! Mark that on your calendars and BE THERE! cause it's gonna be pretty awesome. You'll be getting flyers at your corps very soon with more info.
What else? Oh, my cousins are coming over tonight for a sleepover! That'll be great cause last time we did that, they had a blast. Tomorrow I finally get to go to church again. I'm go back to the one I went to before and visit their young adult group..hopefully make some new friends around here.
Also next weekend SNOS IS COMING TO VISIT!!! I'm so excited to see her! We're going to go to all sorts of international restaurants ranging from Irish to Mediterranean...plus the Children's museum. Can't go wrong there! And Kayaking on the canal..woot woot!
