I am conference!
Have you ever started out a job doing something you hate? Yeah, I hate calling people I don't know...and guess what I get to do for the rest of the week...and part of next week? call people I don't know. I made at least 50 phone calls today..wasn't as bad as i expected it to be, but I'm still uncomfortable with it. I better get over that soon.
Anyway, onto better news. Today I got a ticket to a conference at the RCA dome here in Indy. And guess who's speaking? Colin Powell, Tony Dungee, Peyton Manning, Steve Forbes, Zig Zigglar, and other big cool people! Best part about it? It's free!!! My boss was like "hey, i got tickets to this thing...u wanna go?" and i was like "umm...YES!" So..that's pretty cool!
I also found out that I FINALLY get to go to youth specialties! I've been wanting to go to that for like the last 3 years and haven't been able to...so YEY!
On saturday I'm going to look at an apartment here in Southport...woot for that.
and that's about it!
