Powers: Communicating with the dead, unlimited lifespan, and ectoplasmic projection.
Possible Pings: Disembodied spirit and sort of a ghost.
So, how evil?: As unevil as you can muster.
Perceptive Powers: He's a physical medium and a chronically curious snoop, so he's got the talent and inclination to notice all the small, difficult-to-see details that most other people may miss. Other than the ability to see other spirits and pinpoint auras, his perceptive skills are those of a really nosy regular person.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Sure!
Can I kill them?: He's already dead, so that might be difficult. You can smash his suit, but he'll just inhabit a nearby zombie dog for a while. Ask me if you've got ideas.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: I'm for it, and it's canonical for spirits to spirit-jack him, so just let me know.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: DO IT.
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Also yes, but again, let me know if you want to do that.
What about meta powers?: None. I can't see Johann reading Harry Potter when there are ancient occult tomes littered about the BPRD.
Anything else?: Frogs and cultists are probably bad, mmkay?
