I survived... The 3 ladies who came survived, although the space was cold.... I'll try not to be too hard on myself as it actually went pretty well. Only a few choreography screw ups.... Need to speak much louder....

All in all, I sweated, they sweated, I moved, they moved.... I came away feeling good and someone felt awesome, considering some injury stuff they had going on....

I am thankful I finally got the courage to make it happen... Yeah!!!
