For something cheap & festive, we put bows on all of the pictures in our home.


After searching high and low for mistletoe this year I finally gave up and converted a fake $1 holly sprig. It's not entirely accurate, but it's close enough.


My favorite Christmas edition this year are these candle holders. $1 each from Dollarama.


Our tree. (This is the first time we haven't had a Charlie Brownish tree.)


(Don't worry, we never use that door.)

And a bonus-- We always cap Amy's claws and this year we found Christmas colours! :D

Oh wow, I must show the kitty claws to my boyfriend. We're going to get a cat or two in the near-ish future and we're planning on capping their claws, too. Haha, I'd love to see them with fashionable nails. X3

They're a real lifesaver! If you buy Kitty Caps, they're a lot cheaper than Soft Paws.

Ooh, awesome, thank you! How long do they tend to last on your kitty's claws? o: It's always better to ask someone who has actually used them.

They last a lot longer than the Soft Paws because they cover more of the claw. The caps fall off gradually and are really hard for her to pick off or scratch off. The last time I put on caps was October and Amy still had one of them left on when I re-did her nails 2 weeks ago.

holy crap! Where'd you get the X-mas claws?!

Petsmart has them in stock. They're called "Kitty Caps" (soft paws fall off quicker and are 2x the price).
