I just posted a panorama of the room in my current place. I'm moving in with my boyfriend in a few weeks so this was my way of saying goodbye.

That window is to die for. I would love to have something like that in my bedroom. And is that an old fireplace being used as a book/curio shelf? I like that touch!

Indeed it is! I will post a better picture of it when I have my real camera to hand. It's a massive dark wood monstrosity/thing of wonder (depending on your viewpoint). I quite like it but it totally dominates the room - if the house were mine it would be painted white.
And I'm glad you like the window - it made my head cold in winter but I do love it.
