I finally have something worth showing, and it's not even mine.
My landlady is moving out of her house, an old Tudor style home which my boyfriend and I rent the basement apartment of. She is a huge fan of Botticelli, so much that she had been painting the walls with her own personal rendition of his painting Primavera. Sadly, the new renters are painting over it, but I asked if I could snap some photos of it before the moving process renders it one of the lost renaissance paintings.
Venus. This is all done freehand, with no grids or projections.

Mercury in the corner. Forgive the angle, they are moving so there was a big pile of stuff preventing me from getting a better view.
The only part she can take with her. I'm not clear whether this is part of Primavera or a different Botticelli.
