Long time lurker, first time poster. I've gotten a lot of inspiration from posts on here... I recently moved in to a loft in downtown Dayton, Ohio and I've never lived anyplace I would consider anywhere near saucy. My husband and I are both very cluttered people. Wow, what a neat place!! I really like everything...especially the wave print you have on the wall. Is that by any chance wallpaper? I almost bought some wallpaper that looked just like that. hmmm.

I actually got the print at Hobby Lobby and then they were half a half off frame sale. I put the whole thing together for less than $50!

The building has been a million things a coffee factory, tobacco factory, grocery store etc. I love the history of it!

oh this is just AWESOME. i love the space and what you've done with it. i especially like the rug in the living room and the pink guitar on the wall! so cool.

I think the rug is AWESOME and really wanted it but my husband did not like it so much. super jealous.
