This is the garage / guest apartment to the house we bought two years ago.

It looks amazing! I like it all, but my favorite part? Hands down, the Frenchies. =)

There are two in Dallas that are great. They get a lot of new builders surplus. The one in Houston isn't quite as good - they seem to get mostly remodeling surplus.
