So my sister and I couldn't sleep last night and we were holed up in the kitchen with leftover pie (WHICH WAS A SUCCESS), talking about Brokeback Mountain which she hasn't seen and this question came up:
What do you think is worse/more painful: Unrequited love or two people who are in love but can't be together (either because of cultural stuff, location, or just knowing that it would be a disaster)?
Okay, so my pie: I found Pillsbury's Cherry Blueberry recipe, which is really simple, but I had to make my own crust because Emily has celiac disease and can't have gluten, so I had to find a gluten-free crust mix. So, um, that kind of sucked. But it turned out wonderfully and the crust was all flakey and lovely. I'm ridiculously proud.
