Finals Week

Apr 30, 2007 07:41

Yet another all-nighter. This time spent writing a paper about how Lizzy Bennet and Mr. Darcy are manipulated into deepening their prejudices and disdain for each other. It's really a terrible paper. Yay finals week.

Studied a bit for my Spanish test, but I'm at that point where if I study much more I'm going to forget what I know already or get everything really confused so I'm calling it done.

That final is at 10.15 (roughly 2 hours from now) until about 12/12.30, then I have a History of Modern France study group from 12.30-whenever, and my paper is due by 2 (think I'm just going to hand it in to my professor before my Spanish final).

Tomorrow I think I just have to pack the rest of my room up, study for my Renaissance final, take my Renaissance final (7-9pm), and write my super-short (only 5 pages!) term paper for my Patriarchy in the Middle East class which is due Wednesday by 4.

Wednesday, Mom and Dad come to move the rest of my stuff home and I study for my Lit final (Thurs 2:45-4:45) and Modern France final (Thurs 7:15-9:15pm).

Thursday I've got those two finals, then I've survived my Freshman year!!!

I actually look like Cameron in my icon. Minus the cute suit...I'm in jammies, of course. Hair and mass of papers and look of defeat/exhaustion is all the same though, yes indeedy.

studying, iu, finals
