Europe is STILL to come. There's so much and I just haven't the energy to think through it all right now. Oof.

IU orientation was yesterday and today. Got registered for my classes and took my placement tests. Apparently I rock like a rocking thing when it comes to Spanish 'cause I definitely tested into 5th Level and got 4 gimmie credits, which meet my graduation requirements. Buuuut, if I contiune and take the 3cr. class I tested into and pass with a C- or higher, I get SIX more freebie credits. So, basically, for one class I get 13 credits. Sweet. Then I only have two or three more classes to my minor. w00t. Also tested out of the English requirement and into Calc.

What?

Yeah. That was my face too. ABUH?!

I'm also taking 16 credits first semester. Oof. Anyway. On with the schedule.

Mon, Wed, Fri:
9:05-9:55am S275 - Intro to Hispanic Culture. (Spanish) 3 credits.
10:10-11am M119 - Brief Survey of Calculus I. 3 credits.

Mon-Fri:
12:20-1:10pm R101 - Elementary Russian I. 5 credits.

Mon-Thurs:
3:45-4:45pm X070 - Singing Hoosiers/Choral Ensemble (audtion pending). 2 credits.

Tues:
6:30-9pm D101 - Icon and Axe: Russia Through the Ages. 3 credits.

So the actual scheduling of the classes isn't bad at all, but the classes? May just kill me. Oof. Esp considering that I've only actaully taken through Spanish 3 and I'm in 5 by the grace of God. But at least my weekend starts at 1:11 on Fridays and I only have one Thursday class and two Tuesday classes. And my earliest class is 9:05. That's pretty tight, rigt?

Woof. Bets on when my first academics-induced breakdown will occur?

Jenna, I checked on housing. They said they've assigned people who turned in their info through December and that we should know in the next couple weeks. Or that I should, and that means you would by default (hopefully).
