Well, I am officially an unemployed individual. Which just sucks! But I will survive - who knows maybe I will find a better job! Brandy came over yesterday and helped me update my resume. So next week I will send it, send it, send it!!! Wish me luck!

I'm sorry to read this. I knew there were going to be cuts but I was hopeful you were high enough in seniority to not be at risk.

I do hope you find something better...let me know if I can help in any way. I've seen a few promising things for accountants on craigslist but that's as far as I've looked really...

They went by the time in your current position - which was only 19 months. So my total time at the state did not count. But something good will turn up!
