ahem... Local SHOW update
ATTENTION- update on shows that everyone must go to!!!
SHOW #1 at the Lost Dog in sheperdstown is monday evening(apparently) im not really sure but thats what ive heard.. either way.. go there.. nice place
SHOW #2 3PM on monday @ the refuge- Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church 216 N. Cleveland Ave. Hagerstown, MD 21740
performing bands are- ALOVE FOR ENEMIES, Jesus Wept, Foreknown, Texas Funeral, Beneath Broken Skin.... BE THERE!!!
-wizard of oz is fantastic!! i LOVE it. playing the wicked witch is like an escape for me. its totally new and different. i usually stick to the rather normal characters so this is a needed change.
-club is amazing... absolutly amazing. my friends, the games, the singing, the food! all of it is great. saw chris from smithsburg.. he was looking quite good with his new hair style... he went from 70's surfer curly thing to mohak!! it looked really awsome... i think he may be one of the few guys that can pull off long hair AND crazy short hair... way to go! saw ben (prom date from last year), didnt really talk much but hes a kool guy. ben's sister Katie was there!!! shes so cute, i really miss camp and all the good times we had. but there is more to come next year! cant wait till winter weekend!
-had a track meet on fri.. ran JV 4x4. our relay team got 1st which made me feel pretty frikin good. i know it didnt matter bc it was JV but coach threw me in there last minute bc i missed the two mile and i usually do not run anything shorter than an 800, so i was pretty happy.
-jessie gave me a letter that she wrote about me a while back for an english project and i must say, i havent been in a bad mood since. lol. if i were to start listing why shes great, i think i would run out of space in this journal.. and i know that may sound quite obsessive and weird, but im serious... she is truely one of the greatest friends i have. when we talk, we end up connecting on something and then were stuck, no one else matters.. lol. its the zone. thank you jessie
-no school 2marrow or tuesday! yay.. oh, and another plus- AP classes are over!!! FREEDOM!!! only time consuming class will be business 101 at HCC. i shall have free nights and weekends!! oh my, i sound like a cell phone plan.. ha.. well.. point is- this semester will hold free time, new plays, and sunshine!(hopefully no more cloudy days)
-i was on the news the other night.. i of course missed it, so my mother ordered the tape and i got to watch it tonight. it was the interview for the maryland general assembly page program im doing this semester. i get to work for the senate for two weeks, and im out of school for it...oh, and i get $500 for it... yeah, uh huh.. eat it.
-lola ray is an amazing band.. as is placebo
