Week 16, Thursday 12/18, Fairgrove ground-floor lounge, Saturnalia party (fixed)

The lounge has been decorated with red and green streamers and braided dark green crepe paper resembling vines, with small bunches of purple origami grapes hanging from them in strategic places. Bouncy pop music comes from a boom box on one of the tables, and an array of chips, dip, vegetables and fruit is laid out in the kitchenette, along with a large bowl of ruby-red punch.
There is also a small selection of Greek dishes -- stuffed grape leaves, chickpea paste (with pieces of flat bread for dipping), and honey-drenched baklava.
Dressed in a short tunic of deep green wool trimmed with a repeating design of grape vines, Galatea flits cheerfully from person to person, greeting everyone effusively and exchanging small talk. She's clearly in her element.
