Greetings! This is the friends-only story/fic journal of raistlinp! I've decided to post some of my stories for my lj friends to read.
Here's how I plan this to work:
I will pick a story/fic from my small but growing collection and post it chapter by chapter until the story is over. Sorry, I do not write requests. The first post for each story will contain an explaination as to why I wrote it, if applicable, the characters involved, whatever copyright things I need to say, and the number of chapters the story will have. Since I will only post (mostly) completed works, you will know fairly early approximately when the story/fic will be over.
Each chapter will be behind an lj cut so it does not overtake your friends page. ^^
I sometimes get a little technical with things, especially if it applies to the story. If you have any questions, just ask and I will explain to the best of my ability. ^^
The layout and colors may change as I tweak things and find the setup I think works best, so don't be surprised if it's different with each visit. I want the journal to be pretty, but the more important thing is ease of reading.
I hope to update with a new chapter every day, but please understand that I have a tendency to get very busy all of a sudden. I would hate to be "that writer" who abandons their story/fic at a highly suspenseful moment, but sometimes it may be inevitable.
Feel free to invite other friends to read!
I must emphasize, though, do NOT steal my work. I put a lot into these stories/fics, and would appreciate them to be treated with respect.
I think that's it for now. Tomorrow I will attempt to post the prologue to the first fanfic of Shadows of Chaos!! ^_^
