If I can't get Mai and Ty Lee to have sex in my fic, I'll just have to content myself with writing hyjinks set in a hypothetical future. (And no I have not been spoiled for the end of the series.)
On the way through the bazaar Ty Lee buys a flavoured ice from a vendor. Mainly because she's thirsty. Possibly also because she's curious about Mai's reaction. But Mai doesn't seem to care, no matter how laviciously she licks it, and after a while she decides it's a lost cause.
She's almost forgotten about the whole idea until they're out of the crowds and the ice starts to melt in her hand. "Ah, sticky," she says, and tries to clean her fingers before any more syrup-water can drip on her hand.
"You should have brought a napkin."
Ty Lee just barely looks up in time to see Mai watching intently. She turns away immediately, of course, but she's not quite fast enough, and her eyes can't stop flickering to Ty Lee's hand.
So it worked after all. Ty Lee's hand is as clean as it's going to get, but she takes one last slow, careful lick, just for good measure.
"Cocktease," says Mai.
Ty Lee smiles at her. "I didn't know you had a cock," she says, fluttering her eyelashes.
Mai doesn't smile back, but there's amusement in her eyes as she leans over and kisses her. The flavoured ice falls to the ground and is ruined.
