Which I happen to be playing at least two years after everyone else.
Pheonix Wright - Trials and Tribulations: Oh boy. Having played all but the last case, I think I can safely say that not only is this one better than 2, it may in fact be better than the first game. Dalhia is amazing and terrifying, Jean Armstrong is pretty much the best witness in the universe, and I love Godot even though I was totally spoiled for him (and have also been spoiled that Dahlia has a twin sister? But I don't know the specifics.)
It's funny - at the start of Case 2, I seriously thought for a moment that there was going to be one PW case that had nothing to do with murder. Silly me! Of course not. And I was totally suspecting Dessie to be hiding something, but she wasn't. Fair enough.
I was teased by hints of Wendy Oldbag but then she never actually showed up! That's cheating, game. I mean, I guess I should be greatful, but...
Mia Fey is so, so, so amazingly cool.
FFXII Rev Wings: I was expecting to have a lot of trouble with this battle system, but shockingly enough, not so much. Although it makes me angry that Penelo is not a ninja but a freaking white mage. Oh, Squeenix, why you gotta be so predictable like that?
That having been said, it's a fun game. Filo is a cutie-pie. Lluyd is rad. But I don't know, I'm not really feeling it. I mean, game plots on handhelds tend to be a little weak, so it's not like I wasn't expecting this.
Also, CAN PENELO JUST NOT BE EVERYONE'S MOM PLZ?
I am pretty shocked that Vaan actually like likes Penelo. Who knew?
