Final Fantasy is an RPG! The only one for me!
On my way to the Stilshrine of Miriam. After I hunt like a billion new marks.
My god, does this game ever involve a lot of running around fighting! I'm pretty sure even FFX did not have this ratio of dungeons to cities. Which isn't to say that I don't love the enviroments, I totally do. Especially all the beautiful deserts. Which I had to traverse like a million times, thank you, game.
I hope the game actually does some shit with the Viera other than what I just got in Golmore. Because I want to know more about Fran, who incidentally listens to The Knife a *lot*, especially Forest Families, which pisses Bathier off to no end because he is basically a big band kind of guy with a bit of Tom Waits thrown in for good measure. 90% of Fran and Balthier's major fights have been about who controls the tapedeck.

DRACE IS SO HOT! GABRANTH WAS TOTALLY HER BITCH! Because I have a secret soft spot for butch middle aged women. ...And she had a frickin' ELEPHANT HELMET! I am so bummed that I never get to fight her. DAMN YOU, GABRANTH! WILL THE KILLING NEVER END?
I think Al-Cid just became the new best character in this game. It seems that the easiest way to make a character totally rock out is by giving them a Spanish accent. He should have sex with everybody. And their families.
Anastasias or whatev wasn't supposed to be a Nu Mou, was he? That is *not* what Nu Mou look like. Nu Mou look like... come to think of it, Nu Mou don't really look like anything existing in nature.
