I had the best time this weekend. Paul is too perfect, I swear.
We had beignets Saturday morning at the quaint Beignet Cafe:
Elise morphed into SUGARBEAST!
Then we walked over to One Penny Time where Elise picked out a Junie B. Jones and Little House on the Prairie and I bought the most beautifully illustrated children's book ever for myself.
We were ripped off at the Children's Museum, which was filled with the same shabby exhibits that it had when it opened years ago. However, Elise had a grand time waiting on us in the 'Kid Cafe' until Paul acted like a rude customer.
Then we met up with Rachel and went to Toys-R-Us, where we bought Rollerblades for Elise and tried to skateboard down the aisles. I gave in to my addiction:
On the way home, we acted like total fools jamming to the Rocky Horror picture soundtrack:
Paul wouldn't let me post the mpg with him singing "Sweet Transvestite". So just deal with the madness of me singing like Riff Raff with Elise and Rachel flailing madly in the backseat.

Paul tried to throw me a surprise graduation party, but Elise was so heartbroken that she couldn't go and she made such a big deal about it that he finally had to tell me what was wrong with her.
I don't want him to leave. It may even be less than a month.
