I went to vote and noticed the homeless man who hangs out at the corner store has decked out his bicycle cart transportation in anti-Gordon Campbell signs. Awesome. :)
In other news, the act of packing has made me reassess almost everything I own. I currently have 3 bags of stuff for the Sally Anne and one whole box of books. I also threw out all my old dread falls, which let's face it, are much past their prime. Also to go was my old ammo-box purse, which I at one point painstakingly painted black and lined with velvet and potpourri. The thing was covered in Hot Topic stickers of the sparkly variety. OH LOARD how time flies. It was bittersweet, but it was time for it all to go. I'm trying really hard to not be so attached to stuff, even stuff laden with memories. After all, I still have all the photos from those days to look at when I'm feeling nostalgic.
I was too busy all weekend to watch Saturday Night Live so I am rewarding my voter-self by watching it now.
