(no subject)
Can someone explain to me how Azerbaijan won Eurovision over Italy, Sweden, Denmark - even fucking Ireland? I know it's petty, but I'm getting all 'SHE DOESN'T EVEN GO HERE' because I'm cross and their song was rubbish.

However. 2 days until my final exam, 10 days until I move out of res. ;_; I'm freaked out and nostalgic and WHERE HAS MY FIRST YEAR OF UNIVERSITY GONE? I'm a quarter of a way through a Masters degree and I haven't done anything yet! Except eat cereal, do laundry and make a mess. I'm not sure if I've learnt anything, but I'm less worried about that; everyone assures me that learning isn't mandatory until second year. phew.

I am enabling anyotherknight to write ridiculous amounts of Hockey RPF fic. High School AU's! Thief AU's! Eurovision/Johnny's AU's!
...I don't even know. I came to the conclusion a long time ago that I can love almost anything, so long as there's a fandom to get me into it first. This is exactly what happened here. anyotherknight sent me funny gifs and picpspams and fic and somewhere along the way into my new fandom I found an awesome sport to watch. x_x My local ice hockey team is the shittest thing since vanilla coke BUT I LOVE THEM SO AND AM GETTING SEASON TICKETS.

Longer post later, where I ruminate on being (AS OF 2 DAYS AGO!) 21 (I STARTED THIS BLOG WHEN I WAS 14) and 17th of May here and post a picture of my turquoise feathery feminist hat. For now, I need to drink tea and recover from the hideous mess that was my Linguistics Exam today.
