Living in a box .... YAY!
It is getting closer to my move date and I find myself wishing that I lived out of one box. I still have much to do for the move. We have not really packed all that much and we have yet to get the millions of boxes that we will need to move. I am getting excited and anxious to move. Yesterday, the landlords came over to inspect the apartment. They were generally happy with the condition. We have a big secret though! We never really moved in completely, and we never really made it into a home, home. I guess that is good since we did not live there for even a year.
This past weekend was really relaxing. We went on a picnic by the lake in the sun. We went walking. We cleaned the house. We ate good Thai Food. And I went jogging last night around the whole lake. I like spending time in the sun outdoors. I think the sun makes me happy. Yay! Next weekend, I want to go to the Sakura Matsuri in Nihon Machi. I am really excited about that. There is going to be a parade, cosplaying, oishii nihon ryouri, and sakura anime screenings. Fun stuff! I do not know if I really want to cosplay…maybe if I feel really compelled to join in on the anime parade, I will.
