I was reading the Sunday Comics this morning and realized that 'The Boondocks', honestly my favorite comic strip out of all of the ones published in the 'Comics' section every morning in 'The Orlando Sentinel', was gone. Look all over the 'Comics' section for some kind of 'disclaimer' as to why the comic strip had suddenly vanished, found none. Searched the paper, none. Couldn't even find a way to contact the person(s) who controls the 'Comics' section. Searching orlandosentinel.com, nothing. So I e-mailed the Editor of the paper and if you enjoy 'The Boondocks' comic strip as much as I do, you should too.
Their e-mail address is insight@orlandosentinel.com
If I can find, or am given, a more specific e-mail address to correspond with, I will post it on here.
For just an example, this is the letter I e-mailed to the Editor:
Hello,
Note: If I am contacting the wrong person(s) concerning
this issue do let me know if you choose to reply to this e-mail. I
searched all over the newspaper today (Sunday) and could not find a way
to contact who has authority over the 'Comics' section.
I am contacting you today because I was reading through the
4/16/06 issue of the 'Comics' section in the Orlando Sentinel this
morning and noticed the absence of 'The Boondocks', a comic strip which
is one, of the few, that I look forward to reading every Sunday. Is
there any reason as to why 'The Boondocks' was removed from the Sunday
'Comics' section? Was there any notice given of its 'removal' that I
might have missed? What needs to be done in order to being it back?
Thank you for your time.

Of course, I know you can go to ucomics.com and just look at 'The Boondocks' comic strip on there but either way the comic strip was removed without notice from 'The Orlando Sentinel' and I'm too damn lazy to search the web for it. Haha. Also, if they're gonna given 'Opus' a freakin' 1/4 of a page for it's superficial ode to modern society, which I find distateful and just dumb, they better keep 'The Boondocks'. Thanks guys.
Oh and Pearl Jam had a killer performance last night on SNL. 'Vicarious', new Tool single goes to radio Monday (tomorrow).
