Seattle, they lied, oh they lied.
As per title.
Seattle lied. Not only was there not a Starbucks on every street (I had to go about 5 blocks before I found any espresso stands at all, let alone Starbucks), it was sunny.
Nay, it was 80 degrees, sunny and rather warm. Seattle you lied!
On the other hand, the boat, Dad, Steve & Velda is at last count in Canada (eh), and having a blast. Sun, small waves, and a fair amount of what I suspect to be drinks alcoholic in nature means those three are having a blast. To boot, they're ahead of schedule which likely means Velda's going to get them to stop for a few days in Ketichikan.
Now to check if the tickets to Presidents is sold out.
