Seems I ought to update again.
These things have happened since last I posted:
1. My birthday party.
The weekend after my birthday I had an EXTRAVAGANZA. Okay, maybe not, but it was fun. Many people were there. We had planned to go skating, but when we got there, someone was having a private party all night, so we decided to go bowling instead. But there was an hour wait for bowling. So, we just went to Applebees and ate. Then we found out Bawn In the Mash was playing at Et Cetera, so we stopped by there for a few minutes, then went to my house to eat cupcakes and play games. It was a lot of fun.
2. I ate lunch with Rachael at Loaf.
For the last time. I miss you, Loaf!! I am going to go their sale this weekend to buy Zach their "pay" sign and hopefully get a table or a chair or something for myself.
3. John Mayer/Mat Kearney concert.
It was rulin'. We had super awesome seats and John Mayer played my three favorite songs. I still say Sufjan was better, though.
Lexington.
SBJ and I went this past weekend to look at apartments. We found some that look really good, although they are more than I'd really like to dish out. We may end up living in a dorm. We took highway 62 up there, instead of the parkway, because I thought it'd be cool, but the roads were icy and I got lost after Princeton and ended up going about 10 miles in the wrong direction. We got to Elizabethtown after 4.5 hours (it usually takes about 2) and decided to get back on the parkway.
We stayed at SBJ's aunt's house. Her aunt and uncle were out of town, however, and her cousin Richard threw a big party in their absence. I went to bed around 1 and got practically no sleep because of the rowdiness going on. I think people were there until around 5 in the morning.
We also went to see Pan's Labyrinth which was totally effed up, but very good. And we rented Running With Scissors, which I loved.
Today, I did not have class, mmmm...
