Why do people say, "My personal opinion?" Isn't one's opinion going to be personal anyway? Do we really have to specify that our opinion is personal? Is there such thing as an impersonal opinion?

In other news:

I'm having a mid-degree crisis. I'm changing my major. Boooo but yaaaaaaay at the same time. WTF was I thinking!? BUSINESS!? I don't care about business ... business! I figured it'd be good b/c I could probably apply it anywhere & get a decent job. I mean--what's not business? But then again I forgot that mayyyyybe I should do something that doesn't give me suicidal urges, LOL. I don't care about profits, revenues, targeting markets, or Microsoft Access (AKA Satan), or any of that crap. I want to do something that feels a bit more important to me; I want to feel like I'm making a difference in people's lives, not just their pockets, KWIM? I'm so sick of talking about money ... I want to do something with a cause.

So I'm going to change my major to something in the social services field, but I'm not exactly sure ... I need to get with an advisor on a degree plan but I will have to backtrack a bit. Sucks, but better than killing myself, LMAO.

Ethan is doing well. Today I was on the computer and he was on my lap. He kept yelling something at me but I was tuning him out. (Keepin' it real, LOL!) Then all of a sudden I actually listened to what he was saying and he was pointing to the bottom of the monitor saying, "D! D! MOMMA!!! D!" He was pointing to the DELL logo on the monitor. I said, "yes, Ethan. That's a 'D.' " Then he told me "E" "L" and "L." He's amazing, if I do say so myself :)
