ethan walks!!!!
THANKTHEGOODINESS!!! i was starting to think it was never going to happen! i mean, he'd "cruise" and all, and he'd take literally a few steps here and there but tonite he just started really walking! fifteen months exactly--to the date--and he finally walks. i was starting to worry; i was beginning to imagine him crawling around still as an 18 year old, lol.
today was robert's dad's birthday. it was cool b/c all 50 of us went out to eat together and it was sooooo good.
also, we are skipping town tomorrow morning and i can't wait! our first "family" vacation :)
we are going to see ralph's world ... i doubt anyone knows who this guy is, but ethan is seriously OBSESSED with him. he comes on b/t shows on disney and sings songs and ethan liked it so much that we got him a dvd of him doing a bunch of songs, which was either the best or the absolute worst thing we've ever done--the jury's still out on that one. if you even mention the "r" word ethan freaks out and starts changing, "ALF! ALF! ALF!" which of course is how he says "Ralph." we always joke that we are going to bust out with an Alf dvd one of these days so he'll be all, "WTF!??" when we turn it on.
anyway, so we're going to see this guy sing ... in dallas. we're staying there for the weekend & heading home sunday. HOW COME I DIDN'T GO TO MY FIRST CONCERT UNTIL I WAS A TEENAGER BUT MY 15-MONTH-OLD SON IS GOING TO ONE THIS WEEKEND!!??? hahahha ethan's just hardcore like that, that's why ;)
oh and BTW i hate packing and i'm sure i will forget some vital things b/c that's how i roll ...
