My roommate has a Magic Bullet! morning now means smoothies :) this morning smoothie: pineapple, mango, coconut, milk and ice and to think that other people drink coffee in the morning!
take fruits: mangoes, raspberries, pears, peaches, bananas, strawberries, etc. just use your favorites...
some people use only fruits (or sometimes add crushed ice), but I usually add milk or yogourt. Juice is great too, you can add orange juice to pretty much any fruits, or any other juice that you like. If you want to make it more like a dessert, add vanilla ice cream.
You can add other stuff, like for instance, I once made one with apples and oatmeal, very healthy. Coconut is another favorite of mine, I just love it so much.
Put everything in the blender, blend to liquify and enjoy. :)
