Your work is really changing and evolving with every single post. I absolutely love your battle icons.

That first B/W one (Daenarys?) is so beautiful and has just the right amount of contrast. The crop is exellent as well! The blue and neg space in your second piece are extraordinary! The yellow one underneath it has such a fantastic crop and so does the red piece right under that one. Your close crops keep getting better and better! I htink my fave though is the gorgeous and intimate look at Daenarys in the last icon in the first row of images you picked. Just phenomenally bright and well-lit! AMAZING!Your first alternate is so awesome. I like it just as much as your B/W entry!

Also, you really did not need to mention me. Sari, I understand, and I absolutely see her inspiration here cuz you two ladies have the a similar sort of elegant aesthetic. Mine? A little too off the wall a lotta the time, really. If it can help free your mind though, that's fantastic, Lex! *hugs*

Yes, Sari's graphics and mine are crazy compatible with each other, we noticed that in our last battle. It's crazy in a very good way. XD I am glad you think my stuff is similar to her awesomeness. High praise, high praise.

I never even mean to come up with so many alternates, honestly. I just accidentally hit upon a look I feel is interesting, and I save it. I'm always trying a million things whenever I open PS, and then how can I help but have a million alternates? I wish makers showed off more of theirs so viewers could get a look at the many different ways they can work a signgle image!

Thank you for noticing that, it means a lot to me, because I think so as well, that I am improving slowly, but smoothly.

Yes, her name is Daenerys. At first I made the colour version, you also like, but then I decided that a black and white approach might be more expressive in this case. I am glad you like the second icon as well, at first it looked completely different, but I decided to go for a different approach as blue tones compliment red-haired characters, I think. I was clearly trying something different with the yellowish close-up crop, I love close-ups, they are so much fun, but it has pointed out to me, I always crop similarly with close-up icons, so I was trying not to fall into my pattern.

That Daenerys icons took me ten minutes to crop right and like half an hour, just to get the right lightning and colouring, so I am very pleased you like it.

The .psds I made for you, when I was done with the shilouette-like icon I kind of got in the mood, so you will have some extras. :p
