[1] Out of all ten characters listed, which one is the most intelligent? Who is the dumbest?
That's a harsh question. I feel like book smart - Beth is up there. Street smart and commonsense Frederic and Roberto are highly intelligent. I don't think anyone is dumb, but Lachlan and Cassie are ditzy.
[2] What is the worst crime (9) has ever committed?
She hasn't ever. But probably the meanest thing she's ever done was flirting with Frederic to prove a point that Sadie liked him. :P
[3] (1) and (4) must fix a dinner together. How do they cooperate in the kitchen? What kind of food do they fix, if any at all?
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA - I swear I didn't look at the questions before I wrote down the names.
Rose would find some fairly easy recipe, probably Mexican or Italian. They would not cooperate in the kitchen because Rose would kick Lachlan out about three minutes in because he won't stop eating various ingredients, and is getting her way.
[4] What channel (Disney, Discovery, National Geographic, et cetera) does (5) watch the most?
Some music channel, like Fuse, or Cartoon Network - ANIME!
[5] (7) and (3) are walking down a street at night when they hear (2) cry for help. What does (2) need help with, and will (7) and/or (3) help him?
Seren and Sadie are walking down a street at night and hear Frederic cry for help. I can't imagine Frederic needing help. Unless he's trying to fend off some drunken harlot and doesn't want to get mean... in which case... Sadie be ALL over that!
[6] Does (8) keep a clean room?
Extremely. Roberto is totally a neatfreak.
[7] (5) and (10) run a country together - what state is the country in, and how is it run?
There would be no running of it "together" as Clara would likely kill Declan soon after it was founded. After that I imagine it would be a very civilized and efficient country.
[8] (6) may have possibly come into contact with a deadly disease, so he’s being quarantined. They’re allowed to bring something along with them - a book or video game - to keep them entertained. What would (6) bring?
Beth would bring some huge, detailed book to read ... like Les Miserables or War and Peace ... possibly LOTR because she is a bit nerdy at heart. :P
[9] (8) is kidnapped by (2) and forced to play a game of Scrabble or die - and if (8) loses, (2) will kill him. Who is likely to win the game of Scrabble, and if (8) loses, how does (2) kill him?.
Roberto is kidnapped by Frederic and forced to play Scrabble. First of all WTF? Um.. do non-English words count? If so, Roberto would probably win. If not, he's fucked! Frederic would probably just slit his throat and have done with it.

Morning - it's quiet and she can just lay there, watch Lachlan sleep and play with his hair. :P
[11] (10), (9), and (3) get snowed in while at a cabin in the mountains. They have one twin bed, two blankets, a few bottles of water, and a little bit of beef jerky. Who gets what? Who suffers the most while they wait out the storm?
Clara, Cassie and Sadie are snowed in. They would all share the blankets and huddle on the bed. Clara would suffer the most because she would insist the other girls eat the jerky.

If Seren could steal from Beth.. probably her singing ability.

Lachlan, Rose and Clara, huh? Most scared, Lachlan-oddly enough. Clara would be SUPER skeptical, and Rose is indifferent. Clara just sleeps like normal and Lachlan falls asleep cuddled next to Rose.
