Hola!!
I can't believe it's been almost 4 months since I made a post here.... time flies!! So, what's new with me? Well, not all to much to be honest. My new job (that I started at the end of Jan.) has kept me very busy but it's been very enjoyable too! For anyone that doesn't remember, I started a job as the Web & Database Admin at my church, which I love... mainly because I finally get to use my degree (that I'll be paying for, for the next few decades, lol). Anywho, it's entirely different than my last job. Less stress, better hours, a more positive work environment, and enjoyable work. Plus, I've gotten to take 2 business trips in the past month, which I've never ever done before - it was exciting!
As far as fandom goes, not much has changed there either, except that I'm turning over control of my
10thdoctor community. I just don't have the time to devote to it that I used to. I still absolutely love Doctor Who, and I'm not leaving the community, but I figured it was for the best anyways ;)
Besides DW, my current obsessions include Heroes (awesome!!), House, and my current fave - Battlestar Galactica.
ellie79 and I had gotten pretty far behind on episodes, but we just caught up with a couple mini-marathons. The end of this season was simply amazing... and shocking!! I can't believe I went so long without watching it. Thank God they've renewed it for another season, because it would be absolutely horrible if they left things hanging where they did!
So... as I'm sure you've figured out... BSG's finale is where my new layout came from. Created by my ever-so-talented twin (
