My office was quiet today....it's nice to have problem children kept in other rooms.
After weeks of saying that I couldn't handle a co-workers constant negativity and bad attitude, he moved her into the office next to her so he could keep an eye on her. It's amazing how much more productive one can be when you are not walking on eggshells!
