He's stealing things.

And by anything, I mean anything. Pants, chairs, jewlery, bricks; you name it, he's probably trying to take it.

[Washu just happens to be out and about as well, though she seems to be on a hunt. For what you may ask? Screwdrivers of course.

She has a shoulder bag simply full of them! And pockets.. pockets are wonderful places to put things as well you see.]
