Long time no post

Hello world,
I haven't done much lately. It's hard to do things when I'm constantly on the move. I haven't been settled long enough to feel that my break has ended. Now that I'm in my second week in Minnesota (approaching the longest I've been anywhere since the summer began), I am finally getting down to business. But first, some updates.
Emily Rocks!
I turned down an invitation to someone's wedding. I felt bad about it, but I couldn't convince myself to go to the wedding of someone I haven't seen in 7 years and have only talked to 6 times since. It just felt too awkward. Not to mention the other awkwardness it already entailed.
The 11 blisters I earned on a 24 mile walk disappeared quickly. However, the plantar fasciitis I developed from trying not to walk on said blisters is only now starting to disappear.
I am getting better at disc golf. First time out, zero pars; second time out, one par; third time out, two par; last time out, five par!. That's exponential growth baby! I guess that's how you know it wont last.
I am learning to hate my tab key at the moment.

Now onto the things that still need to be done.
I must find a place to live in the fall. This entails looking up places to rent. Find out how big of a place I can afford. Find out if anyone wants to live in it with me. Actually go to SF in two weeks (the one part I've actually organized). Find someone's couch to crash on that weekend (which is very important considering I've already got tickets to go).
I need to get to a stack of mail sitting in a box that I haven't looked at in three or four months. I hope nothing is mission critical.
I want to finish rewriting my paper and making figures so it can hopefully be published.

Here's hoping that it's all possible to do and do quickly.
