feeling like death warmed over

So I was/am feeling like death warmed over. I just assumed that since I was pregnant I was tired, run down and nausea. It seems that I am still pregnant and I also have an infection that is running me down. I had no symptoms other than feeling like ass and death (nausea, extreme fatigue and lack of motivation).

SO now I am on antibiotics and trying to get better.

So I guess that is good, having some meds and all.
