Tired of this now, yet again I have been woken by nightmares, this has to stop before my sanity runs out of my ears and off down the street! I have tried so many different things that are supposed to help, and nothing has. I wouldnt mind too much but 9 times out of 10 once I wake up, thats it, am awake for the rest of the night.. which isnt good if your up at 6am for work. This is making me both pysically and mentally exhausted, making me jumpy and nervous all the time, which is sooooo unlike me!
So if anyone out there has any ideas on how to stop it, or techniques or treatments they have had success with, please let me know as I am about to break.
