Interesting characters from Doctor Who episodes TSoD and TLotTL

In the last two days I re-watched the final two episodes of Doctor Who Series 3: 'The Sound of Drums' and 'The Last of the Time Lords'. I was quite impressed by Vivien Rook (I think that is the character's name), the woman pretending to be a reporter from a woman's magazine, who interviews Lucy Saxon so that she can warn her about PM Saxon. She seemed like a clever and brave character and I liked the Torchwood connection where she sends her posthumous report to Torchwood.

And Tom Milligan, he's a good-looking one, isn't he! He bears a slight resemblance to a bearded Gareth David-Lloyd. I spend most of the last episode going 'ooh!' whenever he appeared.
