Silver dust scattered about the broken mirror. Line by line white powder cakes your flesh. Glass shards embedded in your knees. Crawl to me my feline princess. A caged soul rattles against the metal bars. Weakened and exhausted. Silence chases the shadows of your eyes. Dark circles line your bloodshot eyes. Watch the water flush down with your diet soda. Blood speckled food float in acidic water. Blood stained tile breaks under your knees. Addictive behavior and lost dreams. A million stars hang above in the dark sky. Countless calories purged for every star that is dead. Guitar riffs through the blaring stereo to drown out your hacking sounds. The shower runs full stream on hot. Steam and humidity weighs down on frail shoulders. Knocked knee and trembling on the scale. Waiting for the scale to lower down in the 70's. Tears pound against the dial. 70 pounds. Withered down to the bone. Muscles atrophied. One more pound she tells herself then she'll quit. Or will she?
Take it all away she cries inside. Just let me die. Sobs wretch her body. Hot tears stream down her gaunt face. Burning their passion onto pale flesh. All the way. Thoughts race and pound against her mind. Stepping off the scale the arrow bounces back to zero. Her eyes blury from her tears wishing with all her might that she can reach zero. Hollowed and lighter than the silent screams. Nothing but bones and tight flesh. No shadow will be cast from her body. Her footfalls leave no sound behind. Ultimate thinness. Battling against her body she knows she will win. Even in death she must be thin. To have a childs coffin instead of an adult. To weigh nothing in the dark tomb in which she'll sleep forever. To lie on silk linens and a silkened pillow to cradle her head.
She's falling faster than ever before. No one is there to catch her - nor does she want caught. She'll never make it another day and yet she doesn't care much. She smiles her eroded smile with decadence. Collapsing through the dark ravine. Descending to her death she awaits for her final breath. She slumbers deep in her eternity of frozen flames.
