Notice to be given!
I feel as though a great weight has been lifted from my shoulders... well, sort of, since I haven't actually given notice to my boss (suprisingly, he's nowhere to be found...) , and I fear he may try his crazy voodoo magic on me to make me stay, but I've finally made an absolute decision on something I've been waffling with for weeks if not months.
I'm not kidding about the crazy voodoo magic, either. I watched from my broke-ass stool as he convinced my coworker to stick around after he had a meltdown and practically walked out of the store.
I'm going to be unnaturally reasonable about this - it's approximately one month's notice, and I'm potentially willing to stay around (a little bit) longer if there's a replacement who needs to be trained. I'm not taking bets on that happening, though.
