I haven't really been on here lately. On July 26 my little sister, Stefee, finally got married. She's been talking about doing it for awhile now at least a year or so and then she springs it on us with only a short month to plan everything. Luckily, it was a very small wedding--only immediate family invited which made a total of about ten people. I have pictures, but I can't find my cord to transfer them off of the camera. **sighs** And it was a very beautiful park right next to a mini lake with flowers and butterflies about. And then I had to plan and throw a party for happy newly weds on the next day. She didn't really want a party but everyone kept telling her she better have one or else. She finally took the hit, and my new brother-in-law realized why it was such a good idea at the end of the day when they counted all the money the family gave them. I don't remember the amount but it was a good amount and it'll help them when the finally move down to Florida in December (hopefully! They've been talking about moving there just as long as they talked about getting married). My wedding present to them was a digital picture frame. My sister takes a bunch of pictures and never really prints them off. Now she doesn't have too, and Steve (her husband) mentioned after opening the present that he's been wanting one for awhile now. So, yay, good choice.
Now, why am I still MIA after the wedding is over? I've agreed to babysit my brother's kids (ages 7, 5, and 3) Monday through Friday between 6:30/7:00am to 2:30/4:30pm. I'm not a morning person. I don't get up until after noon. Now I'm getting up around the time I usually go to bed. I have to re-arrange my whole schedule--sleep-wise--and I know I can't stay up all night on the computer and I can't really get on the internet at their house. I'll be too distracted to get some, if any, writing done, but I just might have time to work on any graphics and such. I won't be joining much in any communities I've join (unless it's icon/banner challenges--which is really the only thing I've worked on for the past two days).
Also: BREAKING DAWN. Enough said. Comes out later this week and I'll be reading it as soon as I get my hands on it.
Love you all, and I'll be back soon--hopefully with lots of goodies.
PS: The Dark Knight is awesome! Have to see it again soon. Just might have to convince my little brother to come with me as he hasn't seen it yet.
